Accommodation and General Welfare Issues

At the end of week one of the programme we ask the students to complete an evaluation to see how they are finding different aspects of the programme, this helps to highlight any problems early. If a student reports any host family issues we meet with them and work with them to make changes or support them through any challenges. We also ask the student to complete a host family evaluation at the end of the programme, this allows us to monitor host family service quality over the long term and gives us the opportunity to address any issues as they arise.
