All of the following pages have similar design features, as they are the same page but filtered to the required status of the request.
Only requests entered by the logged in user will appear in the following views. Only those with a developer role in the system can view all change requests regardless of the requester.
To access any of these pages, simply click the 'View Existing' drop-down option within the navigation bar. Refer to the screen shot below for visual representation:
Pending Change Requests
This page will display all change requests that are either; Pending Requester, Pending Initial Approval, Pending Dev Work, Pending Peer Review or Pending Release.
The Progress bar on this view will increase with each approval, making it clear how far along the process it is.
Each of the rows takes the user to the details view for that specific record when clicked. This is the same for the 'Finalised Change Requests' Page and the 'View All Change Requests' page.
If the user logged in has a developer role assigned to them, then they will have access to view all pending change requests in the system, regardless of who the requester is.
Finalised Change Requests
When a record has been fully approved, it is moved to status 'Completed'. When a record has been rejected by the Development Lead, the status moves to 'Abandoned'. Records with either of these statuses will appear on this page. The progress bar will also show as complete if completed and if abandoned, it will show the stage at which it was rejected.
If the user logged in has a developer role assigned to them, then they will have access to view all finalised change requests in the system, regardless of who the requester is.
View All Change Requests
This page displays all records within the system regardless of status.
If the user logged in has a developer role assigned to them, then they will have access to view all change requests inputted into the system, regardless of who the requester is.
To view the details of a record, simply click on a row in the table on either of the views shown above. This will then display a read only view of that specific request. None of the information on this page will be editable.
The uploaded supporting files will be displayed in a table format similar to those shown above. These supporting files are downloadable by clicking on the row of interest.
The uploaded signature will be displayed as an image on this page rather than just an uploaded file link.
If there are any authorisations made against a record, they will appear at the bottom of this page in a tab like format. Please refer to the Authorisations section for more information on this.
If the logged in user is also the requester of the record and there have been no authorisations made against it, then there will be an 'Edit' button available in the top left hand corner of the page.
